1. Master Terms & Conditions (SaaS Agreement)

This SaaS Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Blue Squirrel Software Ltd (registered in England & Wales, "Company", "we", "us") and the customer organisation accessing or using the platform ("Customer", "Organisation", "you").

To protect system performance, security, and storage integrity, the Company enforces formal account lifecycle rules regarding inactive or non-paying accounts:

Important Account Retention Rules:
  • Free / Basic Tier Inactivity: Free or Basic accounts with no user log-ins or API activity for three (3) consecutive months will be scheduled for termination. Following a 30-day email notification sent to the registered address, all tenant data, items, cataloguing metadata, and media files will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
  • Starter & Professional Non-Payment: If subscription payments are overdue or fail for three (3) consecutive months, the account will be formally cancelled. Upon expiration of this 90-day grace window, the tenant database, search index, and blob storage containers will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
  • Voluntary Cancellation Export Window: Upon voluntary cancellation by a paying subscriber, the Organisation retains a 30-day export window to retrieve all data in standard formats (JSON/CSV/XML and ZIP media archives) prior to permanent tenant purging.

AI Non-Training Pledge: Neither Blue Squirrel Software Ltd nor its third-party AI integration providers (including Microsoft Azure OpenAI and Anthropic) will use Customer Content, scanned documents, OCR extractions, or custom prompts to train, retrain, or fine-tune public or proprietary AI foundation models. All AI operations are performed via enterprise API endpoints governed by strict non-retention agreements.
